Returns policy

You may return any product up to 30 days from invoice date.

Arrangements should be made with Customer Services (see delivery note). A returns reference number will be issued.

We will refuse any items returned without a returns reference number.

Collection can be arranged for larger items, please contact Customer Services.

We reserve the right to refuse credit or replacements if returned goods are damaged or of sub-standard condition.
