Returns policy

1. Should you wish to return any items please contact St John Ambulance Customer Services who will provide a unique reference number and assistance
2. Items must be returned within 30 days of the despatch date
3. Returns must now be despatched to our new National Distribution Centre:

4. The above procedures are supplementary to those shown on the reverse of delivery notes
