Young First Aider Folder Pack - Updated Teachers Guide

Description

The Young first aider pack contains all the necessary products required to successfully run Young first aider courses. It has been developed by the Training and Youth departments of St John Ambulance and is designed for use in schools, pupil referral units, youth clubs etc.

The teacher guide comes complete with guidance on how to use and deliver the course; as well as lesson plans and differentiated worksheets covering 25 topics that are clear links to the national Curriculum; however you may like to create a bespoke course for the young people you are training.

The following groups of people can teach Young first aider courses:

• St John Ambulance Schools Team Members
• Teachers with first aid knowledge
• Higher level teaching assistants with first aid knowledge
• Youth leaders with first aid knowledge
• First aid trainers can use this resource to teach first aid if they do not make a profit from it or assert that they are in any way affiliated with St John Ambulance.
